I have a great guy friend who will be celebrating his birthday this month and I wanted to make him a card that was “him”….he loves his Harley and soon as I saw this stamp I thought…that’s it!! I’m not sure if it’s too plain….but he’s a chill guy so I figured I would throw on some “screws” to jazz it up. Hope he likes it!

There is something to be said about the love between my husband and his Mom….it’s unbreakable, true and amazing. He came to me and asked me to make a special card for her birthday. He said he really wanted to send her his own to let her know just how much she meant to him. I usually will make one card for the both of us, but as you can see from previous posts that has ended. I was really excited to make three different cards for her…but even more excited to send them to her. It makes my heart warm to make people happy! Not only did my husband love it, she did too!!

Most people consider their Mother-In-Law…well just that. I on the other hand consider mine as a second Mom, best friend, inspiration and many other things. She and I can talk for hours on end and never skip a beat, I love her from the bottom of my heart! Her and I love cupcakes and cake on our birthdays, so I knew this was the perfect saying for her card! “Everyone knows birthday calories don’t count!” Happy Birthday to my other Mom, love you!!!

Grandma’s Big 55th Birthday arrived in October and to show her some love from her favorite baby I put together this card. “I love you to the moon and back” is a saying that she has said since the day our little one was born….so to find that this was a stamp made my heart melt!! Happy Birthday Grandma!!

One of my favorite clients called and asked me to put together some Thanksgiving cards for her. I asked what she wanted and she gave me the freedom to design! I love how simple this card is…the paper is wonderful in person. On the inside is an elegant “Happy Thanksgiving” sentiment. I shipped them off last week…and I got a call that she was in love with them! Making people happy with my work reminds me why I love doing it so much!

It took me some time to get these up but I assure you they are even cuter in person!! (I did blank out the info on the bottom for privacy reasons)Turning One is a very big deal…especially for Mommy and Daddy…but I wanted to make something that people appreciated. I made the invitation and then included a collage of pictures from her first year on the back. Everyone was so sweet to pass out high compliments on my invite. I love navy, pink and white together…so I wanted to use that as my “theme”….I made the thank you’s as well to be sent out this week…once I decide which great picture to print of her totally enjoying her cake!! Happy Birthday Hannah…I love you so very very much!

I am so excited that I finally got to make these two cards for my best friend, her husband and daughter as they welcome their new son Jack! We have been waiting so long to meet him that it made me grin from ear to ear while I made these two cards. Becoming a Big Sister is a big deal so I wanted little Lu to know just how proud of her we were!! Congratulations Tanya, Tom and Lu!!

I must apologize for my lack of updates with my projects, my little girl just turned ONE last week!! I was busy planning, making invites, thank yous and little favors for treats!! Along with that my Mother-in-law came for a 2week visit…so needless to say…we were busy having fun!!
I had a lot of fun making her birthday invitations which I will post shortly once I edit the private information. I am happy to show the favors I did…they were pink peppermint patties with scallop trim, shown here.

They were a huge hit!! I bagged for to a bag and gave them out as everyone left. These would be great for a Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Birthday Party or Retirement. I will be back with more VERY soon!!
